Job Title: Operations Leader (full time)

Location: La Crosse, WI

Pay: $65,000-$80,000 based on performance and experience

ElevateOne Properties is a property management team that operates mainly single family and small multi-family properties in Wisconsin, SE Minnesota and NE Iowa based out of La Crosse, WI.  We are not a traditional management company that manages for many owners.  We only operate properties that we own and because of that, our residents are our only customers.

What You’ll Do In This Role:

Take ownership of and lead the daily operations of all aspects of property management.

Develop, implement, oversee and optimize SOPs for all functions of the business alongside the Owner.

Hire, train, lead and fire future operational positions.

Develop/manage budgets and oversee the P&L for the property management company and rental properties.

Set the standard and develop the culture of our team.

Implement the vision of the Owner.

Other Stuff to Know:

This is not an office managerial role in a corporate job that is already built out for you. This is a new position at a new company and will require you to “get in the trenches” to learn all aspects of the business so you are able to properly understand and delegate responsibilities.  Though we are new to property management, we are not new to owning properties and have an established cash flowing portfolio of around 200 units and growing.  You will be working hand in hand with the Owner to build the property management business from the ground up so that the Owner can focus more on future acquisitions.  There is a significant financial opportunity for growth for this position.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician (full time)

Location: La Crosse, WI

Pay: $23-28/hr based on performance and experience

What You’ll Do In This Role:

Complete work orders as assigned with efficiency and excellence.

WOW our residents during their maintenance experience.

Assist in the remodeling of houses and apartments.

Assist in the turnover of apartments and houses between tenancy.

Manage inventory of tools, equipment and supplies.

Keep detailed records of time and materials

Occasional on call after-hours for maintenance emergencies.

Scope of work can include carpentry, painting, drywall, light plumbing, light electrical, light HVAC, landscaping, lawn care, millwork, flooring, demo/cleanouts

Other Stuff to Know:

All necessary tools and a maintenance van will be provided.  This position will report to our Maintenance Leader and you will start your day at our shop in La Crosse. This position has an opportunity to evolve and grow over time as we grow our team and portfolio.

Job Title: Showing Specialist  - Part Time (1-10hrs/week)

Location: Prairie du Chien & La Crosse Area

Pay: $15-18/hr + performance based bonuses

This part-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-facing role, is energized by conversation, and takes pride in being punctual and professional.  The ideal candidate is a "people person" with a natural ability to build rapport, confidently answer basic questions, and represent our brand with warmth and integrity. While our office team handles all advertising, scheduling, and leasing paperwork, your role is to show up on time, provide a great showing experience, and guide prospects to the next step of applying.  If you're looking for a flexible evening side job where you can earn bonuses for excellent performance and enjoy meaningful interactions, this role could be a great fit.  

Responsibilities:

Meet prospective residents at apartment showings

Open and secure units before and after each showing

Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors

Answer basic questions about the rental property, neighborhood and rental process

Direct prospective residents to our online application

Provide showing feedback to ElevateOne team

Qualifications:

Customer service and/or sales experience required, must have availability between 4-6pm on weekdays, must have reliable transportation and drivers license, outgoing, approachable, confident, excellent communicator, honest, positive attitude, team player, people person.  Hours are flexible and dependent on vacancy of our units.
